Artist's Statement:
I’m working on a series of around-the-world paintings, inspired by my work and life abroad. “Nile at the Old Cataract ” is the most recent, from my 4th trip to Egypt. “Berber Fantasia” spawned from my 3 years in Morocco, “Annecy” and “Azay-le-rideau” from my visits to France, and paintings of “Olimbo” and “Santorini Glow” from my travels in Greece. But this series always takes time out for florals, among my favorites to paint.
