To place your art on this gallery you will need to submit a signed authorization form. You may submit either a digital photo (.jpg at least 500 pixels wide on the shortest side) or a photograph to be scanned. You may have as many as 10 works displayed on your personal page. For each work please provide title, medium, and dimensions. You may also add an artist's statement and artist's personal web site address (if applicable) and any awards won for the artwork. You can download the authorization form or get a copy at a members meeting. Give the form to Leslie Grimm or mail it to the club at: Los Altos Art Club, Hillview Community Center, 97 Hillview Ave., Los Altos, CA 94022
